"I don't know how these people sleep at night. My mother has had her auto and home owners insurance with State Farm for 40 years and has never filed a claim of any kind. On September 3rd she walked into her bathroom and noticed the flooring felt unusual. She called Ben Franklin plumbing and they came out that day. The plumber told her the floor was not safe and recommended a restoration company to call, she called ACC restoration and the owner sent guys out that afternoon. They proceeded to take up the toilet and put tear the flooring out. The owner of the restoration company advised her to call her insurance company and file a claim which she did. Insurance company requested a copy of the plumbers report and pictures which were provided. We heard nothing for several days and when we called to inquire were told the claim was being denied. Something about accidental and immediate. They said the leak has been ongoing for a length of time. I have two questions, how is someone supposed to know something is leaking if they never see evidence of a leak and how long is sometime? In February of 2024 Mother had Affordable Plumbing replace the wax seal on the toilet. There was no mention of any water damage. Again, how is a person suppose to know of a leak if you don't see it. The long story is State Farm is not paying for the damages and my mother who lives off of social security has to pay thousands out of her pocket. We have already found other companies offering better coverage at cheaper prices. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT OR STATE FARM FOR YOUR COVERAGE NEEDS!!!"

"This Agent went above and beyond for our family during hurricane Helen. Susan was a delight from start to finish. Corporate Statefarm gave us a hard time with the hurricane damage just like everybody else in the community. Once we reach out to our local Statefarm agent. The rest was history I can’t speak for everyone else but Bobby and Susan stuck with my family from the most stressful times ever. They told us don’t worry about anything there team in house was take care of it and yes they were correct! We were shock to see the outcome but at the end I feel like we came out on top. Now our home is complete thanks to Susan and Bobby. Thank You, Robert Phan"

"We have a claim since June 14 not once has he called to see if we are okay or to check on us! We will be changing insurance. Very disappointed. Our car was stolen. It’s been almost a month."

There was a discrepancy that the dmv couldn’t figure out (not surprised). Susan stepped in and figured out what it was and submitted everything properly. Thank you Susan and Casey!"

"Unacceptable. Avoid like the plague. Made a policy when closing on a home. A month later, I bundle my car and was told my policy was rescinded two weeks ago. They messed up the property-type (It's a triplex, they had it listed as a single-family. How do you do that?!). Okay. So I send them the inspection and electrical statement to get it cleared up. Two weeks later they tell me underwriting can't open the PDFs. (All they needed to do was download the PDFs from the Google Drive links and send to underwriting). They didn't bother to even open the PDFs for two weeks. Don't expect them to be able to use computers. They then get back to me several weeks after that and they messed up the property/occupancy AGAIN. After clearing that up, they say it's uninsurable because I don't have 3 years of history with State Farm. Not that the property wasn't previously insured (it was - with State Farm). How can I have 3 years of insurance history with them if I'm getting a new policy?! I just moved here. This whole ordeal took about TWO MONTHS (of which I have been uninsured) due to their negligence. Now I'm having difficulty finding an insurer due to the lapse of coverage caused by them. Do yourself a favor and go with an insurance broker - or hell, anybody but them."

"Helpful and priced reasonably but will update after a few months or after 6 month policy renew otherwise they kept up good communication to get policy started will see if that holds up. Not fan of safe drive thing u put in car bc it doesn't really give details on how or why it scores how it does but just started & will update as I learn more."

"Sadly we had water damage and a few car accidents in the last year. I just knew our insurance would cancel or increase drastically. I was so wrong ! You won’t find a better agent or greater person to work with than Bobby Fuller When our flood came it was a Friday night AFTER hours. I decided I’d just text Bobby to let him know. He immediately called me from a fishing charter in the ocean and advised us what to do right away. On Saturday and Sunday during his personal time and trip he called to check on us. Monday morning a crew was here to take care of us. No questions no hassle nothing but just being annoyed by loud work going on. The adjuster recently a year out called just to check on us. When worst of work & dirty demo was going on they provided us with a hotel including our pup and offered to take care of meals Being 65 we’ve had insurance for many years but I’ll have to say BOBBY FULLER is the best we’ve ever worked with. Even if State Farm were the highest premium we’d find a way to continue with Bobby just because of the caring hard working folks they are. It’s all about customers service with Bobby And I’ll add I’m a tough bargain seeker and I’m really ole school about customer service priority. We feel like we are their only customer when we need them!"
